Security quickly ushered us through the gates, took us via golf cart towards seats in the front which were reserved for situations such as this. Plus, with the crowd standing through most of the concerts, it would have been impossible for him to see anything.
It would have been near impossible for us to use our lawn tickets with him being advised to not walk on uneven ground. I called the Box Office to request assistance and they immediately and eagerly offered suggestions to make our visits to the concerts more user-friendly. Unfortunately, after the purchase of our tickets, my husband experienced an injury at work and it was necessary for him to have knee surgery followed by several weeks of using crutches to get around.
We had purchased the Mega Tickets in the spring which allowed us admission to 6 concerts this summer. Great place to sit on the hill and enjoy some wonderful live music! We just returned from our 4th visit to this amphitheater this season and we have continued to be pleased with the services at this location.
